We understand the festive season can be a busy time, so we want to ensure you have all the key details
about our office hours and what to do in case of an emergency.   Our office hours for the festive period are:

Our Out-of-Hours Emergency Repairs Service will be available throughout the holiday period.  For Emergency Repairs, please call our office on 01475 807001, follow the recorded instructions, and press 1 to connect with James Frew, our Emergency Contractor for all trades.  You will then be transferred to the Emergency Repairs Contractor.  Alternatively, the emergency numbers can be found here /reportarepair/

Please remember you can still pay your rent via the portal.  Click on the "Tenant Login" button at the top of the page to login or register.

Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) 2024-25 info now available. 

As a Social Landlord we are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator and are required to meet a number of outcomes and standards as laid out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter. These are then reported to the Scottish Housing Regulator in our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC).
