Our Rules
Oak Tree Housing Association Rules are based on the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) Charitable Model Rules (Scotland) 2020. The model rules have been approved by the Scottish Housing Regulator, the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator and the Financial Conduct Authority.
These rules were approved by the Members on 17th August 2021.
