What We Do

Housing 

The Association owns and manages 1737 houses throughout Inverclyde and provides service for over 1,000 homeowners in Inverclyde.

Communities  

We are proud of our communities. We work to improve the quality of life and expand support for the people living in them.

Partnership 

We work with partners to bring in funds to enhance services and facilities in our communities.  We are a founder member of the Inverclyde Common Housing Register which simplifies applying for housing to any of the partner members.

Development 

We build new homes that meet people’s different needs. 

Factoring

We provide factoring services to owners in our closes and environmental maintenance to owners in our estates.
