Under One Roof - Advice

Under One Roof are Scotland's only charity for tenement owners and provide free, impartial information and advise on tenement maintenance, repiar and retrofit. Their website (Under One Roof) has a wealth of resources including relevant legislation, maintenance and management issues, and information on owneres associations.

Owners can also subscribe to their monthly newsletter (Newsletter - Subscribe) to recieve news, updates and events straight to their inbox every month. You will find out about recent changes to legislation, events for landlords and owners, and other relevant news.

Finally, if owners have a specific question, you can submit it to Under One Roof's 'Ask and Expert' service. They only ask for the owner's email address and local authority, and details of the enquiry, and you'll recieve a detailed reply from one of their Education and Training Officers: Ask an Expert
