Sandra McMenamin Chair

Sandra was elected in 2019 and is now the longest serving member. Sandra was elected to the role of Chair in August 2023. As a tenant of the Association, she can bring the tenant perspective and insights into the needs of the Community. Sandra enjoys her ambassadorial role. She was motivated to join the Management Committee as she wanted to help tenants and the local community. Sandra also serves on the Employers in Voluntary Housing (EVH) Executive Committee. |
Veronica Rasmussen Vice Chair

Veronica was elected in 2021. She has extensive experience working in the social housing sector in roles including housing management, estate management and allocations. She has vast experience in homelessness services. Veronica is keen to learn and is motivated to give something back to the community she knows. Veronica has recently completed her first year in the role of Vice Chair.

June Glancy Secretary |
June was re-elected in 2023 having previously served on the Committee for around ten years. June brings a wealth of experience relevant to community learning and development, and youth work and leads a local charity which helps homeless households maintain their tenancies. She also has experience working with local RSLs, managing volunteers, project management and in funding applications. June currently holds the position of Secretary.

Ronny Lee Chair of Finance, Staffing & General Purposes Sub-Committee & Vice Chair of Housing & Technical Services Sub-Committee |
Ronny was elected in 2021. He has 40 years experience working in the social housing sector and brings a wealth of knowledge, tenant engagement, customer involvement, governance and strategy development. Given his expertise he is keen to give something back to the local community and housing sector. Ronny is also happy to act as a mentor for other Management Committee Members. |
Nance Smith Vice Chair of Finance, Staffing & General Purposes Sub-Committee |
Nance was elected in 2023. She has had a varied career in the energy industry; HR, Press and Public Affairs. She previously served as Chair of an RSL and led it through a Transfer of Engagements. Nance has extensive experience of governance, the regulatory regime and working alongside Scottish Housing Regulator.

Jim McEleny Chair of Housing & Technical Services Sub-Committee |
Jim was elected in 2023. He has a background working for the MOD in a variety of roles including electrical engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, audit and health and safety. He is motivated to be on the Committee as he has an interest in helping people and sees the Committee role as a natural progression from his time as a Councillor with Inverclyde Council

James Paton |
James was elected in 2020. James was motivated to join the Management Committee as he wanted to be involved in the local community. James brings experience from a self employed background and from his volunteer work. As a tenant of the Association, he can bring the tenant perspective and insights into the needs of the Community.

Doreen Williams |
Doreen was elected in 2020. She is a tenant of the Association, bringing the tenant perspective. Doreen brings experience from her work with the NHS and her voluntary work in the community, particularly during the Covid epidemic. Doreen was motiviated to join the Management Committee as she was keen to become more involved in the Community.

Willie Wilson |
Willie was elected in 2023. He has twenty years' service in senior management roles with Inverclyde Council and as Management Director of a Social Media Consultancy which developed a community portal for businesses and people in Inverclyde. He brings experience in project management, finance and governance from outwith the sector. Willie is well connected across Inverclyde and has networks with Oak Tree's partner organisations and local businesses.

Olive Yiga |
Olive was elected in 2023. She has sixteen years' experience working in the social housing sector in England and three years' experience in the Scottish sector. Olive brings expertise in a number of areas including customer services, income recovery, anti-social behaviour, tenant participation, housing and estate management and quality improvement. Olive previously held the role of interim Director of Customer Services in a Scottish RSL.
