Oak Tree are pleased to announce that following a consultation exercise and finalisation of our procedures we are now in a position to utilise our drone for both reactive maintenance and planned & cyclical inspections.
As a result of Storm Eowyn in January of this year we have had the opportunity to utilise this new technology and pinpoint areas of damage on our tenemental properties, which could not be viewed from street level.
We have collated the information caught during the surveys, identified the list of works and repair lines have been raised to carry out the necessary works.
In April 2025 our Conversation Café was used to deliver news on the use of the drone. It was a great opportunity to speak to customers about the drone and to answer queries that were raised.
Following on from this, we will also be using the drone to capture footage and pictures to provide evidence of our landscaping service being carried out. We will be providing regular updates on this particular area.
