EVH GRADE TAS2: £21,898.00 to £22,696.00 per annum DOE & Tickets Held
(pay review due April 2025)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two people to join our in-house landscape and grounds maintenance team on a fixed term basis over Spring/Summer 2025. The role will involve maintaining the grounds of the Association’s customers, including existing tenants, potential tenants, and owner occupiers, under the direction of the Project Co-ordinator.
Key responsibilities include but will not be limited to hard & soft landscaping and grounds maintenance duties as instructed by the Supervisor and ultimately the Project Co-Ordinator. Maintaining defined areas of work, ensuring tools and grounds maintenance equipment, machinery and vehicles in your charge are secure, in good working order and refer any mechanical problems immediately.
Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a similar role with experience in hard and soft landscaping and ground maintenance. Good all-round communication skills, attention to detail, reliable, well organised with proactive approach to work and a focus on customer service are all essential to this post. A current driving license would be preferred but is not essential.
The Association is centrally located in Greenock, easily accessible from Glasgow and a number of other locations. In return, the Association provides excellent conditions of service.
