Full time, fixed-term (7th April to 30th September 2026)
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
EVH GRADE TAS2: £24,545.00 - £24,808.00 (DOE & Tickets)
An exciting opportunity has arisen, to be part of our in-house landscaping and grounds maintenance team on a fixed-term basis, for the 2026 season. This role will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of the Association’s customers, by undertaking the full range of soft landscaping and grounds maintenance duties, as detailed within the job description and under the direction of the Project Co-ordinator.
Candidates must have strong practical experience in soft landscaping. The right candidate for this role will have good all-round communication skills, attention to detail, an organised and proactive approach to work, be a reliable team member, and focused on the delivery of excellent customer service.
Candidates should have a full clean driving licence and certificates including PA1 & PA6, as well as First Aid are preferred.

We are seeking an experienced IT Officer to join our small, collaborative IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and customer service, is solution-focused, and is eager to play a key role in supporting, maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.
The role will be responsible for areas such as data quality, reporting and analytics, as well as delivering day to day IT operations and user support. It will balance strategic data work with practical IT tasks. The post holder will play a key role within the Association, ensuring staff and committee have the IT systems and equipment required to perform their individual and collective roles.
Candidates must have extensive hands-on experience within Data and IT support roles, with demonstrable delivery. The right candidate for this role will be ambitious, innovative, take pride in their work, be professional and a strong team player. They should have excellent knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc, have strong SQL skills and experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent, and practical experience of analysing, communicating and presenting complex IT information to a non-IT audience.
