Annual General Meeting

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Our Annual General Meeting is on 22nd September 2020 at 7pm.  All our normal business will be covered, but this year due to the Covid19 Pendemic, we are holding our AGM online using Zoom.

Members AGM information on how to get involved, has already been sent out and we are hoping Members will attend on the night from the comfort of their own homes.

The Agenda will cover the normal business which includes a presentation by the Chair about the highlights from last year and a presentation of the 2019/20 Accounts from the Auditor.  We will also be welcoming new members to the Management Committee.  At the end of the meeting, a prize draw for those Members who attend "virtually" on the night, will also take place.  Sadly though, Members this year will have to provide their own refreshments!
