Stock Condition Survey
The Association has recently undertaken a procurement process to undertake the delivery of a Stock Condition Survey.
The Stock Condition Survey will cover the following areas:
-
20% Internal of Properties
-
100% External of Properties
-
100% Common Areas and Blocks
To undertake this form of work, access will be required to all areas of the previously mentioned aspects in view of collecting up to date condition information which will assist in creation of future planned works programes in your area. This survey is also to confirm current compliance with areas of legislation such as SHQS (Scottish Housing Quality Standards) and EESSH (Energy Efficiency Standards for Social Housing).
The consultant allocated to undertake this work on behalf of the Association is Pellings LLP. Contact details and Staff Identification for Pellings LLP can be found here Pellings Surveyor Identification List
Pellings LLP will make contact with the properties (Flats or Houses) that have been chosen for survey and will give information on the parameters of the survey they intend to complete, as well as a defined appointment for your agreement.
If for any reason you cannot accommodate the survey request passed to you, you will be given details of how you can change this via Pellings LLP.
Where Pellings LLP are undertaking surveys to the external or common aspects of your home or block, this will be completed respectfully and within socially acceptable time parameters.
