Rent Consultation January 2023

We are currently consulting tenants on our proposed rent increase of 6% for the financial year 2023-24. All tenants have been sent a booklet and a survey form and those tenants with an email address or a mobile phone number have been sent an electronic survey. We are also holding a serious of meetings in our office (10, 11 and 13 January 2023) The consultation will close at 4.00pm on friday 13 January 2022 and the results will be taken into account when the Management Committee makes its decision on the rent increase on 13 February 2023.
