We are consulting with our tenants on an increase of 3%. This is below inflation and we have tried hard to keep the increase as low as we can whilst maintaining our service to our customers. All tenants have been sent a survey form and the consultation closes on Friday 11 February 2022. The decision on the rent increase will then be taken by the Management Committee on Monday 14 February 2022. All tenants will receive a letter before 28 February 2022 with details of the rent and service charges that will apply from 1 April 2022.
