Our next newbuild development is getting ready

We are delighted to see the progress with the new houses being built on the former Ravenscraig hospital site. It is an exciting project and it will deliver 71 houses to add to Oak Tree Housing Association's stock. There will be a mix of property types and sizes. Please check the New Developments section on our home page for more details. We expect the first phase of 21 properties to be ready shortly. Properties will be advertised on the Inverclyde Common Housing Register website www.inverclydechr.org.uk. If you are interested in any of them then you will need to have an active, up-to-date application and you can make an on-line application on the website too.
