Office Opening Hours Update

Oak Tree Housing Association are pleased to annouce that as of Monday 3rd October 2022, we are back to full office opening hours.  

If you haven't yet visited our new office, we are hoping with the increase in opening hours this will give more people the opportunity to do so.  The public areas are spacious and airy and we have private interview rooms.

We are still taking Covid19 precautions and we would ask you to:

• Limit the number of adults attending to two from the same household
• Only attend if you have no Covid19 symptoms and are not self isolating
• Use hand sanitiser on arrival
• Wearing a Face Mask is optional

In return we will take the following precautions:

• Staff will wear a Face Mask if you request this
• Hand sanitiser and wipes will be available in public areas
• Alternate use of interview rooms to allow a period of time between use
• Clean desks, door handles etc in interview rooms after each use
• Have a stock of new pens for use when signing documents etc
