Office Closure Over Christmas and New Year

Our office will close at 2pm on Friday 23rd December 2022 and we will re-open at 9am on Thursday 5th January 2023.  We hope that all of our customers, staff and tenants have a lovely Christmas and we wish you all the very best for 2023.

Non urgent repairs

During office closure, we will not be taking non-urgent repairs.  You can report non-urgent repairs via our tenant portal where our staff will pick these up on their return on Thursday, 5th January 2023.  Alternatively, you can email us at info@oaktreeha.org.uk.

Ouf of Hours Emergency Repairs

Need to report an out of hours emergency repair?  We have you covered.  Please contact our offices on 01475 807000 and select from the available options.  Please note that during our closure staff will not be monitoring our social media pages.  Please check our Report a Repair Page for further information.
