Oak Tree Release Tenant Satisfaction Survey Report

Oak Tree HA is delighted to publish the results of our Independent Tenant Satisfaction Survey Report. Fieldwork for the survey was carried out by Research Resource between October and December 2018. We would like to thank all those who gave up their time to take part in the survey. As well as our Satisfaction Survey Report, you can find an infographic highlighting some of the key statistics. 

The Management Committee saw the full report and action plan at their meeting in April. The information provided helps us know what you think and what we need to target for improvement.
