Non-Emergency Repairs reporting during Lockdown

As you know the Association is currently running an emergency repairs service only due to COVID-19 and had asked tenants to report their non-emergency repairs to us so that we could log these.

The Association is now in a position with its new reactive repairs contractor, The McDougall Group, to raise these backlog of reported repairs.

In order to move forward, our contractor will be contacting you directly to make access arrangements in order to have your repair carried out.  We aim to have the backlog cleared within 4 weeks all being well.  If you have any concerns regarding this please contact our repairs line on 01475 807001.
