New Reactive Repairs Contractor Announced

The Association would like to advise you that we will have a new contractor, The McDougall Group, delivering the Association’s emergency repairs service from midnight 30th August 2020.

As of the above-noted date, if you have an emergency repair, during office hours, please call us on 01475 807001.

If your emergency is out with office hours please contact The McDougall Group on 0800 975 1234 where you will be given a range of options to choose from depending on the nature of your emergency.

Please note that there is no change to reporting emergency repairs relating to the loss of heating and/or hot water, out of hours, and these should be reported as normal to James Frew on 01294 468113.

Please keep checking our website regularly for any updates to our repairs service as these are being posted as and when circumstances are changing in line with government advice.  In the meantime, should you have a non-emergency repair please report that to us so that we can log this on our system for you.  Your repair will be actioned once we are in a position to resume a full repairs service.
