Customer Portal Now Live!

New Customer Portal now LIVE

We are delighted to announce that our new Web Portal is now Live!

We have been working on it for a few weeks and we hope that you like the way it looks and you find it easy to use. We are very keen to know if you have problems using it or if you have any suggestions on how it could be improved. There is a Feedback section with a survey you can complete.

The new portal can be accessed from the blue 'Tenant Login' button on the website.

We will be contacting tenants who were registered on the previous portal so that they can re-register.

It is still be a work in progress as we are adding forms and features as we go along. Let us know what you think.

A £10 voucher will be awarded to a tenant chosen at random from the first 100 tenants to register
