It is a requirement of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) Complaints Handling Procedure that register social landlords (RSLs) publish an Annual Report on their website and provide it to their customers on request. Oak Tree HA also publishes its quarterly reports on the website. This is not a requirement but is considered to be good practice.
