Changes to SST Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 - October 2018

We will shortly be writing to all tenants to let them know about changes to their Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement that are being made as a result of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014.  It is a detailed letter and it is important that you read it carefully and keep it in a safe place - preferably with your Tenancy Agreement.

It is very imporant that you make sure that we hold the correct details of who is in your household.  The ideal way for you to check who we have listed in your household is if you are registered on the My Oak Tree Portal.  This means you can check the details and let us know if there are changes needed.  You can either edit your household details on the main page by clicking the update button on the "My Details" section or by completing the "Change to my Household" form on the "How do I?" section.

If you haven't already registered you can do so my clicking "Tenant Login" at the top right of the home page on our website www.oaktreeha.org.uk

Here is a leaflet that explains the changes - Changes to SST Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 - October 2018
