Oak Tree Housing Association works in partnership with community organisations to identify and support opportunities that help local communities and groups. In the past, Oak Tree has worked with Community Links Scotland and partnered Housing Associations in Inverclyde to look at ways to improve communities. These findings are used to create a “Customer Investment Strategy.” Oak Tree is now reviewing this strategy to ensure that it continues to support the needs and regeneration of communities and spaces. Community Links Scotland has created a survey to help understand where things are going well and what could be improved.
